Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of 9signal, a marketing management platform for businesses (“9signal”, “we”, “us”). These Terms also apply to your use of the public 9signal website (https://www.9signal.ai). [LEGAL ENTITY DETAILS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE COMMERCIAL LAUNCH]
By using 9signal on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business (the “Customer”). You must be at least 18 years old to use 9signal.
2. The service
9signal is a business marketing platform for planning, content and campaign management, approvals, performance reporting from connected accounts, AI-assisted assistance, and publishing to channels the Customer authorizes.
3. Accounts and authorized users
The Customer controls who has access to its 9signal workspace and what role each user has. Users must keep their sign-in credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their accounts. Please tell us promptly at support@9signal.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Connected third-party accounts
By connecting an account (for example Google, YouTube or Meta), the Customer confirms that it is authorized to do so and authorizes 9signal to access that account as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms. 9signal is not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or changes to their services.
5. AI-assisted outputs
9signal provides AI-assisted content, research and analysis. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Customer is responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them.
6. Approval and publishing
Content is published only to channels the Customer has connected, and only after the Customer confirms publication. The Customer is responsible for the content it publishes and for its compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use 9signal to:
- create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or spam content;
- attempt to breach security, access other customers’ data, or disrupt or overload the service;
- violate the terms of any connected platform.
8. Customer content
The Customer keeps its rights in the content and data it provides. The Customer grants 9signal a limited licence to host and process that content and data only as needed to provide the service.
9. 9signal property
9signal, including its software, design and trademarks, remains the property of 9signal and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to the Customer.
10. Confidentiality and data
We handle Customer data as described in our Privacy Policy and use it only to provide and secure the service.
11. Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including where a third-party platform changes its own services.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
13. Limitation of liability
[LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW]
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to 9signal if these Terms are breached, or where needed to protect the service, our customers or others. The Customer may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. [DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND COMPETENT COURTS — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW]
