Connected Accounts and Data Deletion
1. Disconnect an account
In 9signal, go to Settings → Integrations and choose Disconnect on the account. This stops 9signal from synchronizing new data from that account. Disconnecting does not by itself delete data that has already been stored; to have stored data deleted, send a request as described below.
2. Revoke Google access
You can remove 9signal’s access to your Google account, including YouTube, at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. Request deletion
Email support@9signal.ai from the email address of an administrator of your 9signal company. Please include your company name and tell us what you would like deleted:
- stored authorization credentials and data imported from a connected account (for example Google or YouTube metrics); or
- your 9signal user account, or your company’s data.
4. What happens next
We will verify that the request comes from an authorized administrator. Deletion requests are currently processed by our team rather than automatically.
- Connected-account credentials and imported data: we will complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
- User account or company data: we will respond within 30 days, remove access, and delete or archive the data. Where full deletion is not yet safely available for a particular record, we archive it and remove access to it.
Some records may be retained where required for security, legal or audit purposes.
5. YouTube data
If you revoke 9signal’s access to your YouTube data, we delete stored YouTube data in line with the YouTube API Services requirements.
